Founder, THE SEED Transformation Coaching
Executive Performance Strategist | Leadership & Culture Architect
Matthew Santos is an executive performance strategist, leadership mentor, and organizational culture
architect with over 20 years of experience developing high-performing individuals and teams across
competitive, corporate, and creative industries. As the Founder of THE SEED Transformation
Coaching, Santos has dedicated his career to building internal leadership capacity in environments
where performance, expectation, and execution are non-negotiable.
Through THE SEED Transformation Coaching, Santos has worked as a sports performance coach and
leadership mentor to high-level athletes across multiple sports, as well as agents and front office
executives responsible for talent development and performance management. His work in these
environments has extended into his leadership role with the nationally recognized Pangos All-American
Camp, where he now serves as Head of the Legacy Circle—an initiative designed to reconnect former
alumni with current participants to provide mentorship, insight, and developmental support to the next
generation of elite athletic talent. The Pangos platform has historically produced over one quarter of
today’s NBA players, placing Santos in a position to help influence leadership development within one
of the most competitive talent pipelines in professional sports.
Raised in California and shaped by early leadership roles as a lifelong point guard, Santos developed a
foundational understanding of team dynamics, adversity navigation, and performance accountability
from a young age—learning not only how to lead from the front, but how to support, challenge, and
cultivate collective excellence through both success and failure. This identity-based leadership
approach has remained central to his professional work mentoring professional athletes, founders,
executives, and executive team leads across multiple industries. Among them is entrepreneur Caprice
Brown, Founder and CEO of ProjectCapri, whom Santos has mentored since the age of
16—supporting the company’s development from a print-on-demand startup into a multi-million dollar
brand. Santos continues to serve as a consultant to emerging founders, executives, and leadership
teams seeking to scale sustainably in competitive markets.
In addition to his mentorship and performance development background, Santos brings more than 20
years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and operational leadership. Beginning
his career at the age of 18 as Lead Casting Director with Take One Casting for BET’s Live from LA,
Santos later consulted within the entertainment sector for industry leaders including Ed Mills, CEO of
Millticket Entertainment. By the age of 19, he was appointed President of OTP Entertainment, where he
served for over five years guiding artist development, brand positioning, and operational execution. His
leadership experience also extends into the wine and spirits industry, where he served as Head of
Branding and Marketing for Tiger Paw, overseeing brand development initiatives for Jimi Hendrix
Purple Haze Liqueur, as well as into the consumer beverage space where he worked in grassroots
branding and marketing for Avita Alkaline Water.
Throughout his career, Santos has contributed to the growth and cultural development of numerous
brands and organizations, helping establish environments rooted in accountability, resilience, shared
ownership, and sustained execution. He has mentored real estate professionals within Keller Williams
(KWMP1) in the Las Vegas market through a leadership development initiative known as the Real
Estate of Mind event series. Santos has also served as a long-term consultant to civic and business
leaders including Orange County Commissioner Dewayne Shipp for over 15 years, Chris Lewis, CEO
of Zip Capital for more than a decade, and Andre James, owner of ECS Tax Service and ScoreMed,
providing strategic guidance in leadership development and organizational performance.
Santos is also the developer of the SEED Method—a human performance and leadership framework
centered on internal alignment, resilience under pressure, and growth through properly timed
development cycles. Built on the principle that “healing happens in the roots, not the fruit,” the SEED
Method has been applied across both competitive and executive environments to stabilize
performance, enhance decision-making under pressure, and support leadership maturity in
high-expectation roles.
Grounded in faith-based leadership values, Santos has also served as a mentor within MOVE Men
(Men of Valor and Excellence), where he has worked directly with incarcerated juvenile youth at the
Barry J. Nidorf Juvenile Hall in Sylmar, California—supporting mentorship initiatives aimed at
redirecting at-risk individuals toward productive personal and professional outcomes.
Currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with professional ties to California, Santos continues to advise
leaders and organizations seeking to cultivate resilient performance cultures capable of sustaining
execution under pressure in rapidly evolving industries.
Santos is committed to ensuring leaders and their teams possess the clarity, resilience, and
internal structure necessary to sustain execution, navigate adversity, and perform consistently
in rapidly evolving, high-stakes environments.
